Top Angle Contractors provides construction, roofing, remodeling, and related contracting services in Quad Cities and surrounding Quad Cities areas. All services are subject to a separate written contract or work agreement that will outline the specific scope, timeline, and cost of your project.

Our website includes a Project Estimator tool that provides an instant ballpark cost range. The tool multiplies the approximate area (in square feet) you select by a per-square-foot rate that varies by service type and material tier. A range of plus or minus 10% is applied around the calculated amount to produce a low and high figure.

The per-square-foot rates used by the estimator are predefined for the Quad Cities and Quad Cities regional market and are organized into three tiers: Standard Grade, Premium Grade, and Custom Luxury. These rates are general planning benchmarks, not a survey of current material or labor costs.

The estimator does not account for site-specific conditions, existing structure, demolition, permit fees, design changes, material availability, labor market fluctuations, or unforeseen conditions discovered during construction. It does not constitute a quote, estimate, offer, or commitment to perform work at the displayed price.

No data you enter into the estimator is collected, stored, or transmitted. The calculation runs entirely in your browser.

A written quote follows this three-step process:

Only the itemized written proposal, once accepted and signed by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise during construction. Any estimate provided through the website, by phone, or through the Project Estimator tool is preliminary and non-binding.

1. A same-day consultation by phone or message to understand your project and timeline.
2. A free on-site walk-through to assess conditions and document the scope.
3. An itemized written proposal with scope, materials, and pricing.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting estimates or contacting us. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property for which you are requesting services.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit viruses or malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
